I affirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and I authorize the Alliance to verify it with applicable licensing authorities. I agree to abide by the Alliance's Governance Charter, including the founding principles, and by the code of conduct adopted by the membership. I agree to the Alliance's Terms, Privacy policy, and Refund terms.

What Follows

After submission

Verification — The Alliance confirms identity and applicable licensure. Most verifications complete within several business days.
Admission — Upon successful verification, the member is admitted to the Alliance and enters the Reputation Ledger at a baseline standing.
Access — The member receives access to the Alliance's member services, the node network, and the contract authorship system where applicable.
Good standing — Membership continues on an annual basis, renewed by payment of dues on each anniversary of admission.

On Verification Outcomes

Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily — lapsed licensure, material discrepancy, or inability to confirm identity — the Alliance will promptly refund the dues payment in full and will advise the applicant of the outcome. No determination of professional fitness is entered on the applicant's record as a result of unsuccessful verification; the Alliance's procedures are administrative.
